3. Third parties
Receipt images are processed by:

4. Data retention
Receipt and session data is kept as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

6. Children
This service is not intended for children under 13.
7. Operator and Governing Law
Pick&Pay is operated by Ricardo Costa, based in Portugal. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
